These Supplemental Terms apply only to new customers purchasing the promotional GLP-1/Superpower Membership Subscription Bundle, and do not apply to any other 60 day GLP-1 plans. These terms incorporate by reference the Superpower General Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the General Terms of Service regarding refunds, these Supplemental Terms shall control for this specific offer.

Subject to the conditions below, you can cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of delivery of your first order. If eligible, we will refund you the cost of the medication paid for your first order (Total Prepaid Amount less the Non-Refundable Membership Fee).

Conditions

2. Cancellation: Offer only available when cancelling your treatment plan altogether. Does not apply when switching between medications.
3. Timeframe: Refund request must be made within 30 days of the carrier-recorded delivery date of your first shipment.
4. One Claim Limit: Offer is claimable only once per person. We limit this Guarantee to one claim per household (shipping address), payment method, or IP address.
5. Exclusions: Offer does not apply to any orders or subscriptions of non-medicated products, or to any other promotional offers outside of the promotional GLP-1/Superpower Membership Subscription Bundle.
6. Good Faith & Eligibility: We reserve the right to withhold the Money Back Guarantee from anyone considered to be exploiting the offer. To be eligible, you must have completed your medical intake and acted in good faith regarding the treatment plan. We reserve the right to request ID verification prior to processing a refund.

If you exercise the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, this bundle is voided. The refund will be calculated as the Total Prepaid Amount less the standard retail price of the Superpower Membership ($199).
8. Scope of Refund: The refund applies to the cost of the pharmaceutical products only. The deduction of $199 covers the non-refundable costs of clinical consultation, provider licensing, and secure platform access which are rendered immediately upon signup.
9. No Returns: Do not return the medication. Per pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept returns. Safely dispose of any remaining product.
